Ceridwen Choo

CEO

Ceridwen is a seasoned veteran in the cards and payments industry, boasting nearly two decades of invaluable experience in the corporate realm. Recruited as part of the new leadership team at DCS Card Centre (DCS) to lead payment innovation and its entire rebranding, Ceridwen now provides the strategic direction for DCS Innov as CEO.

As Managing Director of the Payments & Innovation wing, she spearheaded DCS's transformation, introducing features like #cardyourassets, enabling cardholders to increase spend limits with bank transfers and digital assets.

Ceridwen also pioneered DCS Tokens, the first payment token pegged to USD and SGD. Formerly in leadership roles at DBS, HSBC, Mastercard, and part of Railsbank's APAC founding team, she is dedicated to financial literacy and inclusion, evident in her passion for accessible financial solutions.

Veljko Vasic

Chief Commercial Officer

A lifelong entrepreneur, Vel has co-founded and scaled 10+ companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, partnering some of the largest global corporations, including Visa, Microsoft, and PayPal.

He has driven multiple innovation initiatives for these brands, in addition to organising and executing more than 10 fintech, sustainability and telco innovation programmes for Microsoft APAC and Middle East that involved an extensive network of startups, mentors and corporates.

In 2022, Vel co-founded and became CEO at HolyWally, which was among the first to launch Wallet-as-a-Service solutions. Under his leadership, HolyWally grew into the first global fully no-code white-label digital wallet platform and attracted US$4.5 million in funding.

Vel is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of DCS Innov, which acquired HolyWally in 2024. He also mentors for Microsoft for Startups, Orbit Startups, Fintech House Lisbon, Seoul Fintech Lab and Union Venture Builders.

Tom Jakopovic

Chief Technology Officer

Tom is a passionate engineering lead with over 8 years of experience in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams in the fintech industry.

He has a proven track record in delivering innovative software solutions, with a strong focus on cloud-based architectures and .NET technologies.

An expert in building digital wallet platforms and integrating complex systems, he is committed to driving technical excellence and fostering collaboration to achieve business goals.

Nicole Huang

Business Development Director

With over 15 years of expertise in cards, banking, retail, and fintech, Nicole Huang is a seasoned product manager known for her success in managing consumer card products at UOB and HSBC, as well as business banking CASA products at StanChart.

Nicole is a strategic thinker, adept at embracing innovation and enhancing customer experiences. Currently leading Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) at DCS Innov, Nicole drives our embedded finance solutions that enable businesses to scale their customer loyalty initiatives seamlessly.

Sandeep Singh

Product Director

Sandeep is a seasoned product manager specializing in launching and scaling innovative payment solutions. He currently leads the development of a Wallet-as-a-Service platform enabling clients to launch digital wallet mobile applications.

Sandeep began his career in consulting at PwC, where he helped global banks drive large-scale transformation projects and worked on strategic projects for financial regulators. His expertise lies in developing market-first payment products, digital payments, and mobile payments.

Milos Zarkovic

Front-end Developer Lead

Milos is a seasoned Full Stack Web Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience. He is an expert in both front-end and back-end technologies, specializing in creating high-performance, user-friendly web applications.

Milos stays current with the latest industry trends and is dedicated to delivering innovative, top-quality solutions. His leadership experience further enhances his ability to manage and guide teams towards achieving exceptional results.
